Industrial Affiliate Programs

Main content start

Industrial Affiliate Programs are designed to facilitate the transfer of knowledge to the public and further the dialogue between academia and industry. Supported by fees from members, these programs sustain research and teaching in Stanford programs of interest. Members typically attend annual meetings, receive copies of reports and publications, and have opportunities to engage with students and faculty.

Some Affiliate Programs may require membership agreements before the member can join. The Industrial Contracts Office reviews and signs these membership agreements. Affiliate Programs that do not use membership agreements are asked to notify ICO when a new member joins.

ICO also coordinates an annual review of all Affiliate Programs. The Industrial Affiliate Program website provides more information about programs and policies.
