The Industrial Contracts Office (ICO) at Stanford handles a variety of agreements that support Stanford research. These include Sponsored Research Agreements (SRAs) with for-profit sponsors and Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) with both for-profit and non-profit entities. Additionally, ICO negotiates and signs Data Use Agreements, Equipment Loan Agreements, and other research-related agreements with for-profit entities.
